By stepping back so God can step forward, by saying "no" to "us" as "separate from" and "yes" to "Bawa" within us, as the state of God within us known as "one with"

10.  Learn To Dialogue With Bawa
                                                                                                                        - go to text
Don't do anything without first calling Bawa, without saying the magical, divine word for our age, without saying the word, "Bawa", without calling our wisdom to do battle with the enemy of our soul, with all that separates us from God, from each other, and from all of the Creation of God within us, which is "us" as "separation from", which is "us" as the life of separation and differences living in the world that "we" see as existing "outside" of us, the life of darkness and evil within us that we have become one with.

11.  Re-establish Our Direct Connection With God
                                                                                                                        - go to text
By calling on God within us before we do anything, or try to deal with anything, or plan anything, and the name of God within us, for this age, for this age of the Rahim of God, is Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), which in time, with use, and in love, becomes "Bawa", by establishing an on-going dialogue with Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us concerning all that is within us, and all that is "outside" of us, which in truth is also within us, which as wisdom awakens within us is also seen through that wisdom as within us

12.  Our Mind & Desire Verses Our Wisdom - two different agenda
                                                                                                                        - go to text
The work of our mind & desire is "separation from", is keeping us "separate from" God, from each other, and from the Creation of God, is keeping us believing in the falsehood of us, in ourselves as "separate from", and in this way, revealing "us" as the life of darkness, the life of separation and differences living within the closed heart of our mind and desire, in the illusory world we see as existing "outside" of us.

And the work of our wisdom is just the opposite, is "oneness with", is re-establishing our "oneness with" God, with each other, and with the Creation of God within us, is making us believe in ourselves as "oneness with", and in this way, revealing us as True Man within the Creation of God, revealing us as the Oneness of God and His Creation, the life of wisdom, the life of truth and light, living within the open heart of our Shaikh seeing within us the world of the 18,000 universes.

13.  Understand The Weakening And Fall of Adam
                                                                                                                        - go to text
Know that the original weakening of Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) was the spit of satan, which is when the sperm of our worldly father penetrated the ovum of our worldly mother, causing us to grow into a baby of the world in the womb of our worldly mother, and that the fall of Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) from the grace of God was our birth into this earth world through the birth canal or vagina of our mother.

Realize that this is our current state, the fall of Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us, and that our current work is to join with the wisdom within us, with the wisdom that God personally placed within us, surrounding the soul within us, so Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us could recover from His fall.

Our work is not for "us" to recover from "our fall", is not for "us" to get better, because "we" as the life of separation and differences that has grown within us since the fall of
Adam
(may the blessings of God be upon Him), that we have in our ignorance become one with, did not fall, and cannot get better, but can end.

We must realize that this life of separation and difference what now defines us, as separate from God, as separate from our brothers and sisters, and as separate from all of the Creation of God, can come to an end, without who we were before it grew within us coming to an end, without Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us coming to an end.

In this way, we must die before death by realizing, understanding, and rejecting what was born after we were born, which now defines us, which is what must now die before we die, in order for us to truly live before we die so we will never truly die but will always live within God, as one with God.

And what must now die before we die is all that now incorrectly defines us, as the life of "separation from", which is all that now covers the original body of us, which is
Adam
(may the blessings of God be upon Him), and which now hides the original consciousness of us, which is wisdom, preventing the original life of us from emerging, which is "oneness with".

In this way, Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us must recover from His fall, not "us", not "us" living in the earth world, in the world of maya or illusion, that we see as existing "outside" of us.

In this way, Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us must get better, not "us", not "us" as separate from God, as separate from each other, and as separate from the Creation of God.

In this way, Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us, which is the palace of the soul, which is the original six span house for the soul, created by God and given to the pure soul within us, given to the Nur Muhammad within us by God, must get better, must recover from His fall, must be harvested by our wisdom from the eight span house of hell that is now our body, that now covers the original six span palace of the soul, becoming the house of wisdom within us, the house of the Qutb within us, the house of Qutb, Muhaiyaddeen Abdul Qadir al-Jilani (may God be pleased with Him) within us.

To read more on this transformation process within us, read Chapter 2, "The Wondrous City", from the book, "A Mystical Journey", especially the section, "The House With Ninety-nine Windows", stating on page 30, or click HERE to go to an on-line version of this book.

14. Avoid Becoming The "People of The Book" For Your Age
                                                                                                                        - go to text
In first lines of the "Forward" of the new book, "The Pearl of Wisdom or Guru Mani", His Holiness teaches us, the following,

"Man, appearing on this earth, forgets God, and falls into many a trap.  He
does not know to seek himself, although God exists within man.  This "Guru
Mani" is to explain this concept in detail."

This trap is living our life as separate from God, as separate from each other, and as separate from the Creation of God, rather than putting down what now defines us, which is the life of separation and differences that we now experience as existing "outside" of us, and going in search of ourselves, within ourselves, by joining in partnership with the life and teaching of God for our age, which for our age, is the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).

One aspect of this trap is becoming the "People of the Book" for your age, a tern which is referenced in the Holy Qur'an that was revealed at the time of Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of God be upon Him) 1400 years ago, and is also reverence in the Holy Qur'an of our age, in the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).

This term, "The People of the Book" refers to anyone who accepts the life and teaching of God from a previous age, which have been reduced to spiritual writings or scriptures in a physical book, that one can read in the world, as separate from God, over the life and teaching of God that have and are being revealed directly by God in one's own age, and which one reads by joining in partnership with the Messenger of God, the Rasul, the True Man for one's own age, through which the Holy Qur'an for your age is being revealed.

And for our age, this Messenger of God, this Rasul, this True Man for our age, is our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-handu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

16.  Our Mind And Desire Verses Our Wisdom - two different strengths
                                                                                                                        - go to text
We must becoming weaker to become truly strong, by realizing that the mind becomes weak as wisdom within us becomes strong, as our broken direct connection with God is re-established through our iman, through our faith, certitude, and determination in God, allowing the grace of God to flow within our life, as we let our life, as we currently know it, end within us, as we let it become weaker, and weaker within us, as we let it die within us, as we let it come to an end within us, without coming to its aid, without becoming its advocate, without asking God to help it, without asking God to keep it alive, without asking God to make it stronger, or to restore it to its earlier state of illusory splendor

9.  Practice Not Being There
                                                                                                                        - go to summary
Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:09 PM]:

Yes.  And the way we do that is preparation, by "practicing not being there".  It is all a matter of focus.  When you go to bed, tell God, "Enough, enough, enough".  Let what you have experienced of life in the world be enough, and don't want any more.  Let your life "as you know it" end.

When you wake up, tell God, "This is your day".  And in this way, don't have any plans for the day, let it be revealed within you as God wills, for His Purpose, not for your purpose.  Let it happen, don't orchestrate it, and praise God as it happens.  Let yourself be surprised by the Guru and God, as a little child is surprised by his mother and father.

Finally, when you see someone coming toward you, say, "Bawa - let the thoughts be yours, let the intention be yours, let the duty and actions and qualities be Yours, let me die in You."

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:12 PM]:

In this way, we have to get out of the business of living in the world, and start to live in the heart, start to live on the lap of God as Bawa teaches us "What we do not know", as Bawa tells us the story of True Man within God and of God within True Man.

One day Bawa told us that we made two mistakes in our life.  The first mistake was learning how to feed ourselves, and the second mistake was learning how to take care of ourselves.  And because of these two mistakes, we have now learned to live here, and because of that, we will never leave here, until we die.

This is what we must now un-learn, we must un-learn what we now know and do, so we can leave here, and we can only leave here as we came here.  We must go back to being a baby sitting on our father's lap while our mother feeds us.  Whatever we need, ask for it, don't take over your life and get it for yourself.

Make Bawa your Mother and God your Father and give up your life, as you know it, as you have learned to live it, to Him, and let Him live it, as He knows it, let Him redefine it as the property of God.  Then it will become valuable.

10.  Learn To Dialogue With Bawa
                                                                                                                        - go to summary
Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:15 PM]:

Don't do anything before asking Bawa. For example, when you are hungry, don't just go to the kitchen and eat.  Instead,  say, "Bawa, something within me is hungry, what should I do?"  And in this way, bring Bawa into your life, join your life of separation and differences, your life of "separate from" with His life of oneness and unity, of justice and truth, of compassion and unity, with His life of "oneness with".

Then wait.  If you don't get an answer, then come up with some things you could do, like go to the kitchen, or go to bed hungry, and ask Bawa again, "Bawa, should I go to the kitchen or should I go to bed hungry?"  And then wait again.

If you don't get an answer.  Pick the one that feels right and say, "Bawa, Is it all right to go to the kitchen and eat?"  And then wait.  And if it feels Ok, then do that, accepting it as the answer coming from Him within you.  If not, then come up with a new list of possibilities, and repeat the process, until you find something that feels Ok within you to do, Ok within your heart to do, not within your head to do, not within your mind and desire to do.

Gradually, this process will becomes more and more automatic, and as this child experienced, the list will become shorter and shorter, and the final selection will be clearer and clearer, and come quicker and quicker, until you and the Shaikh move almost as one, each anticipating the other, like a old married couple.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:15 PM]:

But no matter what the outcome, don't give up this dialogue with Bawa, that is your protection from Rumi, from the mind and desire of Rumi.  Do you understand?

Rumismith [5:17 PM]:

Al-hamdu lillah, Yes I understand.

11. Re-establish Our Direct Connection With God
                                                                                                                        - go to summary
Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:18 PM]:

This is the work we must all do, and only this work.  For we must realize, without the slightest doubt, that  there is no other work to do, because nothing else is wrong, nothing else is broken.

When we came here, to this world, we had a direct connection with God, but now it is broken, so the only work is re-establishing our direct connection with God, by establishing our dialogue with Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, which in truth is the wisdom surrounding our soul, which in truth is the guardian of the soul within us.

The guardian of the soul within us which came with the soul to this world, to this school of contrast, so the soul through contrast, through the contrast of purity and impurity, could understand itself which is purity, and through this understanding join with the wisdom that came with it, to find and join with the Nur Muhammad, the Light of wisdom, which was placed on the forehead of Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him), which is the original palace of the soul, the six-span body  within our eight-span body.

And having used our wisdom to understand and discard the two spans that now cover our original six-span body, the two-spans of sorrow, torpor, and the fires of hell, to join with the Nur Muhammad, which is the body of the soul, to live as True Man, as the oneness of God and His Creation, as the hereafter or akhirah, allowing the soul within the soul, which is God, to be revealed within True Man.

This is the work we must all do, not try to continue living in this eight-span house of hell which is now our body, in the world of separation and differences that we now see as existing "outside" of us, just awaiting the angel of death to come and take our soul away still buried within the lives of "separation from", which then become our "suffering in the grave".

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:20 PM]:

As long as this dialogue with Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us is going on, everything that can be done, to move our life forward on the path of God, is being done, but whenever this dialogue is not going on, is broken, no real work gets done, no real progress on the path of God is occurring, no matter what "we", as separate from Bawa and God, are doing.

So the dialogue with Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) is everything, and anything else, no matter how exalted it may seem, is of no real value, and is only a temporary thing, is only a distraction from the real work that Bawa and God are doing within us, which is to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us, and to reveal God within True Man within us.

This is the heart of the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), this learning to dialogue with Bawa within us.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:20 PM]:

And our mind and desire, which is the instrument of separation and differences within us, has one goal and only one goal within us, to break this dialogue with wisdom, with the guardian of our soul for this age, to break the work of re-establishing our direct connection with God, by establish a dialogue with the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us,  because only within this broken direct connection with God can it exist, can it do its thing, which is sin, which is the sins of separation and differences, which is the opposite of God, truth, and goodness.

Rumismith [5:21 PM]:

Bawa heard my cry for help & send me his helping hand through you. These instructions are very clear and much needed.

12.  Our Mind & Desire Verses Our Wisdom - two different agenda
                                                                                                                        - go to summary
Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:22 PM]:

We are One.  That is the truth of us.  This is as much for this Child as for that Child, because there is only One Child, the One Child of God for this age, this age of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).

So the work of our mind and desire is one thing, and one thing alone, to keep us turned away from God, from our direct connection with God, to keep us thinking of something else other than God, to keep us thinking about "us" as separate from God, or about "us" in relationship to this person, or that person, or about our "stuff", about our body, our garage, our house, our wife, our husband, or our lack of these things.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:24 PM]:

It doesn't matter what our mind distracts us with, it is successful as long as we stay distracted, as long as we stay separated from God, as long as our direct connection with God stays broken.  Therefore, the only cure is our dialogue with God, is re-establishing our direct connection with God, and for us in this age, that is our dialogue, our direct connection with the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us.

In this way,

"The more we talk to Bawa the more we will talk to Bawa,
and the less we talk to Bawa the less we will talk to Bawa."

Write this down, and put it on your wall, and then take it into your heart, as the truth of your life, my sweet sister Rumi, and then read it every day, and then live it everyday, and then become it everyday.

This is the path to oneness with God for this age, this is how in this age we walk from "separation from" back into "oneness with", from which we have all come, by realizing, understanding, accepting, and joining with the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) which God has personally placed within each of us, surrounding the soul of each of us, as the guardian of the soul of each of us, as the Guru of God within each of us, as the one who tells the story of True Man within God and of God within True Man within each of us, if we will but let Him.

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

13.  Understand The Weakening And Fall of Adam
                                                                                                                        - go to summary
Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:25 PM]:

This is how it works.  It is just that simple.  Therefore, everything that we do is but an opportunity to dialogue with Bawa, to affirm and demonstrate and strengthen our direct connection with the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us.

This is the only value of what we do, of anything that we do, whether it be prayers, or duty, or watching television, playing with our children, making love to our wife, or discoursing about God, His prophets, and His revelations, whether it be as written in the Jewish Torah, the Hindi Puranas, the Christian Bible, or the Islamic Qur'an, the value of any of this is our dialogue with Bawa within us, is our direct connection to the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us.

In this way, the only value of anything we do in the world is our on-going dialogue with Bawa within us about all that God has personally placed within us, before we came here, and about all that is now seen through our ignorance as existing "outside" of us, about all that has grown within us since we came here, but which in truth, when seem through our wisdom, when seen through the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen
(may God be pleased with Him) within us, is again seen as existing within us, is again seen as the 18,000 universes of God within us.

Is again seen as it was originally seen by Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us, before the spit of satan, before the sperm of our father was injected into the birth canal of our mother, which is the original weakening of Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us, when we lost our purity and our shukr, our contentment and gratitude, to our dog of desire.

And the subsequent fall of Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us from the grace of God, which is our birth into this world through the womb of our mother, into this earth world where we have gradually lost our true consciousness, our wisdom, our direct connection with God, to our mind of separation and differences, which is a demon.

And by puberty we have become but a slave to our mind and desire, to that demon and dog, and have grown for "them" within us the world of the demon and dog, which is a disease to our soul, which is now the two-spans house of hell that cover the original six-span house of heaven, known as Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him), which was the original palace of the soul prepared by God within us, which has now become an island of hell within us, where we have become one with our mind and desire, with that demon of the mind and that dog of desire, where we have become one with the life of separation and differences that we now experience as existing "outside" of us, as "who we are", as "where we are", and as "what is happening" in our life.

14.  Avoid Becoming The "People of The Book" For Your Age
                                                                                                                        - go to summary
Such is our fate, without the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) which God has personally placed surrounding our soul, which if awakened by that same life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) will do battle with the enemy of our soul, with our mind and desire, with that demon and dog that have grown very strong within us, if "we" but join with Him in that battle, and having separated "us" from all that separates us from God, our Soul, and Goodness, having cured Himself of "us", liberate our soul from the cross of this elemental body, join with it, and find and join with the Nur Muhammad, with the Light of Wisdom, which is the body of the soul, making our life eternal.

And in this way, closing down the world of hell within us, re-opening the world of souls within us, and opening the kingdom of God within us.  This is our true heritage, our true birth right, not what we are currently experiencing as "who we are", as "where we are", and as "what is happening" in our life.

We have both, "separation from" and "oneness with", the choice is ours, not God's.  God has already made His choice, and He chose "oneness with" us.  Now we must chose "oneness with" God, and we do that by realizing, understanding, accepting, and joining with the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us.

There is no other way for this age, this age of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).  All other ways are wrong, either they have always been wrong or are now wrong for this age, for this age of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).

For as the Jews of  Moses, as the Children of Moses, at the time of Moses were right, in the age of Moses (may the blessings of God be upon Him), so the Jews at the time of Jesus, who become the Children of Jesus, were right, putting down what had come before, in the age of Moses, as now wrong, embracing what had now come for them, as the teaching of Jesus, in the age of Jesus (may the blessings of God be upon Him), as now right for them.

But the Jews of Moses, who lived in the age of Jesus, who did not become the Children of Jesus, and did not take the life and teaching of Jesus (may the blessings of God be upon Him) as the gift of God for their age, were wrong.

As the Jews of Moses, and the Christians of Jesus, who lived in the age of
Muhammad (may God be pleased with all of His Prophets), who did not become the Children of Muhammad, and did not take the life and teaching of Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of God be upon Him) as the gift of God for their age, were wrong, and became know as the "People of the Book" spoken of in the Holy Qur'an that came to the people in the age of Muhammad (may the pleace and blessings of God be upon Him).

As the Jews of Moses, and the Christians of Jesus, and the Muslims of Muhammad,
who now live in the age of
Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with all of His Prophets and Qutbs), and do not take the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen
(may God be pleased with Him) as the gift of God for their age, are also wrong, and have all become the "People of the Book" spoken of in the life and teaching of
Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him).

Do we have time for another short story?

Rumismith [5:26 PM]: Yes, please.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:28 PM]:

Louie was at work one day, and he got hungry, so he said to Bawa,

"Bawa - what should I do, there is something within me that is hungry?

And Bawa said,

          "Go have something to eat".

And Louie said,

          "What should I eat?

And Bawa said,

"Go to the candy machine and get a candy bar."

So Louie went to the candy machine.  When Louie got to the candy machine, Louie stopped and again said to Bawa,

"What kind of candy should I get?"

And Bawa said to Louie,

          "Get a Hershey Bar".

So Louie got a Hershey Bar, and then Louie said to Bawa,

"Should I eat it all now?

And Bawa said to Louie,

          "Yes".

The Wisdom Point: Louie could have done all of this without Bawa, but at each step of the way, Louie pulled Bawa into existence, pulled the life of "oneness with" into existence within Louie, by turning to Bawa within Louie, affirming "His presence" within Louie, and in this way, forcing Louie, as "separate from", out of existence within Louie, by rejecting "Louie's presence" within Louie, by turning to "Bawa's presence" within Louie, as "oneness with", as "Louie's presence" within Louie, making the hunger that was felt by Louie, and what to do about it, Bawa's problem, not Louie's problem, and making how this problem was handled Bawa's problem, not Louie's problem.

In this way, we must use our wisdom, we must use our Shaikh, to pull God into existence within us, from within our innermost heart, from within our soul within our innermost heart, we must establish "God's presence" within us by rejecting  "our presence", as separate from God, within us.

And we do this by stepping out of existence in each situation where "our existence", as "separate from", is expected by our life of "separation from", and in this way, forcing God to step forward within us, as the life of "oneness with" within us, forcing God into existence within us, forcing the life of God within us, which is our soul-life, into existence within us, by making room for it, because in truth it is always there within us, because it was and is the original life within us and it has never left.

It can't leave or we would die, it was only covered over by the other, by the life of "separation from" that grew over it in our ignorance of the original, so through contrast, through the contrast of the "separation from" and the "oneness with", the original life, the soul-life, the life of "oneness with", could come to understand the "oneness with", and having understood itself never allow itself to be covered over again.

This is the process of the liberation of our soul, by forcing ourselves as "separate from", as the life of separation and differences within us, out of existence within us, off the stage, and in the process revealing within us ourselves as the original, as the "oneness with", as the life of the soul.

And in this way, allowing us to identify and reject the 5 separate elemental lives within us, the 5 separate consciousness within us, that masquerade as 1 consciousness, as "who we are", as but the original 5 unified elemental lives within us that have fallen out of the state of the kalimah, out of the state of the living affirmation of the unity of Allah, which God created and used to create the original body of man known as Adam (may the blessings of God be upon Him) within us.

And in this way, revealing them as the consciousness of "separation from" within us, but as not "who we are", and revealing their world of darkness, of separation and differences within us, as what we see as existing "outside" of us, but as not "where we are", and as not "what is happening" in our life.

But rather to see and understand them as a foreign substance, a foreign place, and a foreign activity, that has surreptitiously taken over our life of grace, as the darkness of us that is covering the light of us, as the state of "separation from" within us covering the state of "oneness with" within us, allowing the life of God within us, the life of the soul within us, to differentiate itself, to separate itself from the 5 elemental lives of separation within us, to differentiate the "oneness with" from the "separation from", allowing it for the first time, to understand in truth "who it is", and "where it is", and "what is happening" in its life, to understand that in truth it is Three, not the illusory life of 1, and certainly not the 5 separate lives that have given us the illusion of 1 life.

To understand that it is Purity, the consciousness of Purity, and the Light of Purity, that it is the Triple Flame of God - Ya Allah, Ya Rasul, Ya Muhaiyaddeen - that emerged out of the Oneness of God within us, in order to understand that Oneness of God within us, and having understood that Oneness, to merge back into that Oneness, from which it came.

And by this understanding of the soul within us, to allow "That" to happen within us, to allow the One within us to finish becoming the Three within us, so the Three within us can finish coming to an understanding of the One within us, and through that understanding of the One, again become the One within us, but this time as the One within the One within us, allowing True Prayer to occur within us, the prayer of the One to the One who is, the prayer of Allahu Ill Allahu.

And all of this takes place, ever so naturally within us, when we step back in each situation so God can step forward within us in each situation.  This is how it works.  This is the true value of our life, not anything else.

For His Holiness teaches us that this is the "Sound of God",

"The One becoming the Three and the Three becoming the One,
the One becoming the Three and the Three becoming the One,
the One becoming the Three and the Three becoming the One."

This is the path of God, my sweet sister Rumi, that has grown within the heart of this child, sitting on the lap of God, as Bawa "teaches us what we do not know".   May we both do it like that.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:33 PM]:  Enough?

Rumismith [5:36 PM]:

Yes, enough. Al hamdu lillah. I will print it out. I feel so rich now.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:38 PM]:

Me too.  May all the peace, the beneficence, and the blessings of God be upon us all.  Please give my love and salaams to all of our brothers and sisters, and tell them that Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler) loves them very, very much, all of them.

Rumismith [5:39 PM]:

Yes we will do that. My love to you, Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:40 PM]:  Al-hamdu lillah.  See you all soon.

Rumismith [5:41 PM]: Yes, God willing. Anbu Rumi

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:42 PM]:

Maybe you could arrange for a ride for this child to the ship some day, that would be very helpful.

Rumismith [5:44 PM]:

Yes, I certainly would like to do that. How could I let you know who & when someone is picking you up?

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:46 PM]:

Give me a call and leave a message if no one answers, or send me an E-mail at Muhaiyaddeen786@aol.com.  Also, you can use the Instant Messages IM, I am usually on the computer a lot during the day.

Rumismith [5:48 PM]:  Ok, do you have any preferred day or time?

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:49 PM]

No - any day is fine, they all seem to be the same any more.  What a wonder this God of ours is.  And any time is also Ok.  Time is also becoming the same.  What a great wonder this God of ours is.  Do it with your heart, not your head.  Let Bawa pick the time, the day, and the way.

Rumismith [5:52 PM]:  God willing, it will happen that way.  Much anbu. Rumi.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:53 PM]:

Yes.  We all belong to Him, not to us, so let Him deal with it.  It was in my heart to ask, and only He knows why.

Rumismith [5:55 PM]:

I am waiting for you to give the closing salam so I can print it out.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [5:57 PM]:

Ok. Closing Salams follows.

May all the peace and blessings of God be upon all of us, all of the Children of God for this age, this age of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), this age of the Rahim, when God pulls all of His Children back into Himself, from which they all came.

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

Rumismith [5:58 PM]:

Al hamdu lillah, Allahu Akbar, Amen.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [6:53 PM]:

Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim.  In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

Al-salam alaykum.  Hi Rumismith.  We have returned.  My sweet sister of my heart.

My love you (anbu) - Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler)

Rumismith [6:57 PM]: Yes, the honey was so sweet that I can't get enough.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [6:59 PM]:

Wonderful.  You are a very nice person to be with in my heart.  Your heart is always open to your little brother Louie, and that has and continues to be of great help in my life.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:02 PM]: How is our sister, the German doctor doing?

Rumismith [7:04 PM]:

Al hamdu lillah. Yes I do feel I can be real with you, that I don't have to pretend or protect myself and that is good practice for me.

I came back because my printer is not working well & earlier I could only print the first page so I am having another try at it. The German doctor is in Germany and we don't communicate together.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:05 PM]:

She is a real sweetheart, but like all of us, she has a lot of difficulty getting past her
karma.

Rumismith [7:08 PM]:

Yes, she thinks she has to do it all. God bless her. It was hard for me when she was here, because I always felt she was in competition with me and I am not a competitive person.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:10 PM]:

She is not in competition with you, but with herself, that is our karma.  We saw her on a video tape talking to Bawa.  It was a question and answer session.

I don't remember the question, but she shared a very important point about the nature of our mind and desire.  She told Bawa that trusting God made her feel weak.

Rumismith [7:10 PM]:

She also brought a lot of karma up in me which, though painful, was a grace for me.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:12 PM]:

That is the grace of each other, not to be friends, or to be enemies, but to elevate the relationship up to what you have just said, as a vehicle for Bawa to cure Himself of "us".

Rumismith [7:14 PM]:

I like that, the relationship being a vehicle (for a higher purpose), it takes out the personal, the "I" thought.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:15 PM]:

In another way, it makes it truly personal, which is our direct relationship with God, not artificially personal, a personal which gets us caught up in each others karma, making us treat the other person as separate from us, as having a separate life, as having separate karma, when in truth there is only one false life, which is the one common karma in all of us, and only one true life, which is the life of the one soul within all of us, the life of God within all of us.

This is the work of our mind and desire, which tries to constantly do this to us, to show us other people as separate from us, as different from us, as having a separate and different life from us, as having a separate and different karma from us, in order to keep us separated from God, from each other, and from the Creation of God within us, so it can live a life of sin, so it can live a life of separation and differences, which is sin.

Rumismith [7:19 PM]:

True, this is a topic I have a lot to learn about, but for now the call for Isha prayer came and I have a calling to go and prostrate. God willing we will see each other soon.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:22 PM]:

Yes - remember to invite Bawa to be the one who prays, and offer yourself up as His prayer mat.

Anbu - Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler).

Wisdom Point: Back to what our sister said to Bawa.  She told Bawa that trusting in God made her feel weak.  This is the heart of overcoming our mind and desire, to realize that our mind and desire, these agents of our life of separation and differences, are continually trying to give us the illusion of strength, but that in truth only God is strong.

Rumismith [7:26 PM]:

Yes, my mind and desire are so weak they can't even cope with life anymore, and it is frustrating to me. May be there is a point there why they feel so weak.

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:28 PM]:

Because in truth they are weak.  Instead of feeling badly about this condition, praise God for it, realize that this is progress, that their being weakened, and your feeling that weakness is good, not bad, and praise God for it.

If you do that, when you feel their weakness, then God will make them even weaker.  But if you don't get on the bandwagon for weakening them, what can God do.  He will have to stop weakening them.  Get it?

In this way, let yourself end, become peaceful in your own ending, let the weakness mature into death, death of the "selfish self", which is the birth of the "selfless self".

Rumismith [7:30 PM]:

Yes, I understand.  Much, much love.  Rumi

Muhaiyaddeen786 [7:33 PM]:

Closing Salams follows:

May all the peace and blessings of God be upon all of the Children of God for this age, that they all come and embrace the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) as the gift of God for their life.

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

Rumismith [7:34 PM]:  Ameen.
